S19 Pro is designed for experienced EUC riders and confident upgraders who want suspension comfort, stable cruising, long-range capability and a complete everyday feature set. It can be a first formal EUC for a well-prepared buyer, but it is not a beginner training wheel.
Charging takes approximately 4–5 hours under the 5A single charger. S19 Pro has dual charging ports, so compatible charging configurations can help reduce turnaround time.
The S19 Pro can handle normal wet-road and light-rain conditions, but it should not be treated as waterproof. Avoid deep standing water, submersion and pressure washing, and never charge the wheel while it is wet.

Keep the suspension and linkage area clean after dirty rides and inspect it regularly. Current service guidance recommends lubricating the X-linkage pivot/bearing area at roughly 1,000 km intervals. If you notice unusual play, noise or a change in damping, contact qualified service.
