E-Riderz Shipping Policy

At E-RIDERZ, we aim to provide a reliable and transparent delivery experience for all our customers across Australia. This policy outlines our shipping procedures, costs, and timeframes.

1. SHIPPING AREA & RESTRICTIONS

1.1. Australia-Wide Delivery: We currently offer shipping to all States and Territories within Australia. 

1.2. Excluded Addresses: Due to the size of our products and courier requirements, we cannot ship to PO Boxes, Locked Bags, or Parcel Lockers. Please provide a physical residential or business address for delivery. 

1.3. International Shipping: We do not currently offer shipping to international destinations outside of Australia.

2. ORDER PROCESSING & DISPATCH

2.1. Processing Times: Orders are typically processed on the Next Business Day after payment confirmation.

  • Example: An order placed on Monday (before 11:59 PM) will be processed on Tuesday. 

2.2. Pre-Orders: For items marked as "Pre-Order," the estimated dispatch date will be clearly noted on the product page and confirmed via email. 

2.3. On-Hold Orders: Occasionally, orders may be placed "On-Hold" for security checks or address verification. We will contact you via email if additional information is required.

3. SHIPPING COSTS

3.1. Calculated at Checkout: Shipping costs are weight-based and location-specific. You can calculate your freight charges on the Cart Page by entering your suburb and postcode. 

3.2. Free Shipping Offers:

  • E-Bikes: Free shipping is available to major cities in QLD, NSW, VIC, SA, and the ACT for qualifying orders.

  • Accessories: Free standard shipping is available for accessory-only orders over $100.

  • Exceptions: Remote areas and large/bulky items (such as Trikes or high-performance EUCs to WA/NT/TAS) may incur a specific freight surcharge. These will be clearly displayed during checkout.

4. DELIVERY TIMEFRAMES

The following estimates apply from the date of dispatch (not the date of order):

  • Metro Areas (QLD, NSW, VIC): 1–4 Business Days.

  • Regional Areas / Other States: 3–7 Business Days.

  • Remote Locations: 5–10 Business Days.

  • International Sourcing: In rare cases where stock is dispatched from an overseas facility, delivery may take 10–15 business days.

Please note: Delivery times are estimates only and may be affected by factors outside our control (e.g., peak seasons, extreme weather, or courier delays).

5. TRACKING YOUR ORDER

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a Shipment Notification email containing your tracking number and a link to the courier’s tracking portal. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to become active.

6. DELIVERY ATTEMPT & ACCEPTANCE

6.1. Signature Requirement: Most high-value shipments (EUCs and E-Bikes) require a signature upon delivery. 

6.2. Redelivery Fees: If the courier is unable to deliver due to an incorrect address or if no one is available to sign, you may be liable for redelivery or storage fees charged by the carrier. 

6.3. Authority to Leave (ATL): You may request an "Authority to Leave" during checkout; however, E-RIDERZ takes no responsibility for items lost or stolen once the courier has confirmed a safe drop.

7. DAMAGED OR LOST PARCELS

7.1. Inspection on Arrival: You must inspect your package for physical damage before signing for it. If the box is significantly damaged, please refuse delivery and contact us immediately. 

7.2. Reporting Issues: Any damage or missing items must be reported to support@e-riderz.com.au within 48 hours of receipt with photographic evidence. 

7.3. Transit Insurance: While we use professional carriers, we recommend opting for "Package Protection" at checkout for peace of mind.
