About the role
This is a Monday to Friday role with flexible hours, based at our Brisbane site. The core responsibilities will be:

- Customer service, including replying to all customer enquiries on email, social media, phone and walk-ins at the shop.

- Coordinating with our service team, ensuring all customers are kept up to date with jobs and invoices sent out in a timely manner.

- Assisting from time to time with logistics, including shipping orders out, receiving of goods and stocktaking.
About you
To be successful in this role, you will need:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- A passion for electric mobility and a willingness to learn about our products and services.

- A high level of attention to detail and accuracy.

- A positive and proactive attitude and a team player mentality.

- Basic computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
