As someone who has very little experience with EUC’s, I don’t have much to compare this wheel too. However as far as a beginner wheel goes, I think it ticks all the boxes. I’m a 110kg rider and wheel still gets me up to 30+ kph which suits me just fine. I think that it’s lack of suspension forces me to develop my skills as a rider and condition my muscles more than what I would have to do if I had purchased a suspension wheel. It’s size makes it extremely nimble and fun to play around on. I can see myself continuing to have fun with this wheel, even once I’ve eventually upgraded. My only criticism is that it comes stock fitted with “one size fits all” pads that you can’t remove and swap out for something else, but that being said, I don’t think pads that really lock you in are probably a good idea for beginner riders.
