Shipping Area:
Shipping is currently available to all of Australia. Please add your shipping address on the Cart page to get freight charges for your items based on your location.
Please ensure you use a residential or office address for delivery, as we cannot not ship to PO Boxes or any other type of public mailbox.
Order Processing Time:
Orders (Status: Processing) placed by 11:59PM will be processed on the Next Business Day.
Orders (Status: On Hold) need to be checked and processed after confirmation.
For Preordered items, we will send you an email with details of the despatch date.
Tracking Packages:
Once your order has shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number to track your package. A shipment notification, including the tracking information will be sent to your email address when your order is processed and is despatched.
Delivery Time:
The delivery time will depend on your delivery location, but is typically 1-4 days. Remote areas can take an additional 3-5 days typically.
